ONEEVA® SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Upon engaging with Oneeva®'s services, the client hereby acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions:
- Reservation Requirements: A non-refundable deposit as specified in the itinerary, payable in PHP or USD (cash), along with a duly completed and signed Oneeva® General Terms and Conditions Conforme, are mandatory upon making a reservation.
- Dynamic Nature of Rates: Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that Rates are dynamic by nature and are controlled by the suppliers of the travel products in addition to Oneeva® . Rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the suppliers and/or Oneeva® . Client shall be charged at the Rates valid at the time of the confirmation of booking and the Client agrees that any amendments may result in the Rates being recalculated.
- Customized Itineraries: Any itinerary customizations should be finalized no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
- Flights: Airline prices fluctuate every second and are subject to change without prior notice. Once full payment is received, airline tickets can be issued. After ticket issuance, changes are subject to rebooking/reissuance fees.
- Hotels: In the event that the preferred hotel is not available at the time of payment, an alternative option of comparable cost will be extended to the client. This alternative may exhibit varying specifications, influenced by factors such as tour dates, seasonal variations, peak months, and other pertinent considerations.
Amendment of Bookings: Clients who wish to make changes to any final, confirmed, and paid bookings agree to the following conditions:
- • All accommodations, flights, transfers, rail services, tours, guides, and other travel-related products or services that are final, confirmed, and paid are strictly NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- • The full cost of any newly requested travel product or service must be paid by the client, in addition to the original bookings.
- • A booking fee will apply for the processing of any new travel arrangements.
- • A rush fee will be imposed for last-minute or urgent requests, depending on availability.
- Quality of Service by Third-Party Providers: Oneeva® acts solely as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers, including accommodations, airlines, rail lines, transfers, tours, guides, and other suppliers. Oneeva® is not responsible for the quality or performance of services rendered by these providers. Any concerns regarding the volume or quality of services must be addressed directly with the supplier. Oneeva® may, at its discretion, assist in resolving check-in or check-out issues, but such assistance does not imply liability.
- Payment Requirements: The full payment must be settled at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date to facilitate the issuance of passenger tickets. We accept payments in PESO CASH, PESO CHECK, and USD CASH.
- Ticket Issuance and Changes: Once full payment is received, airline tickets can be issued. After ticket issuance, changes are subject to rebooking/reissuance fees.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the passenger before departure is subject to charges:
- • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the Package Price is forfeited
- • 30 Days and less before departure: 100% of the Package Price is forfeited; no refund
- • Cancellation notices, accompanied by original supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate for health-related cancellations), must be submitted and acknowledged for processing. The Effective Date is the date of receipt and acknowledgment. Refunds, if applicable, generally take 4 to 6 months, especially post-airline ticketing
- • Note: On a Book & Buy Basis, Full Cancellation Charges apply once a booking is made, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Airline Seat Reservations: Airlines now impose additional charges for preferred seat reservations. If interested, inform us for a quotation. Medical certificates are not exempt from these fees.
- Subject to Change: Schedules, itinerary sequences, hotels, timings, departure taxes, and prices are subject to alteration based on prevailing conditions.
- Visa Application Requirements: Late submission of visa application documents will incur additional fees. Rush fees apply for expedited or special visa processes, including reapplications. Please be reminded that obtaining a visa to another country is a privilege, not a right. It necessitates compliance with embassy requirements, which may include unlisted document requests. Please be patient and anticipate waiting times during embassy appointments.
- Embassy Appointment Etiquette: Arrive ahead of your visa appointment time. Late arrivals might be denied the opportunity to file their application.
- Additional Document Requests: Embassies retain the right to request supplementary documents not initially stipulated in general requirements for visa applications. Embassies will process visas only when all mandatory additional documents are submitted.
- Client Conduct and Tour Participation: We reserve the right to decline clients exhibiting rudeness, unkindness, or disruptive behavior that could jeopardize the tour experience for others. We aim to create an enjoyable trip for all participants.
- Pre-Departure Briefing: Participants in group tours must attend the Pre-Departure Briefing where trip details are discussed. If a client cannot attend, arranging a proxy or acquiring essential information is the client's responsibility. No separate briefings will be provided for absentees.
- Travel Insurance: It is the client's responsibility to obtain travel insurance for trip coverage and personal peace of mind if it's not included in the tour package.
- Non-Endorsement: Services such as flights, hotels, transfers, or tours not directly booked through us are not our responsibility. We are not obliged to modify or monitor any of the services not booked through our company.
- Local Cuisine Experience: We strive to offer local dishes for an authentic experience. If a passenger declines the provided food, purchasing alternative options will be at the passenger's expense and subject to establishment confirmation and availability.
- Merchant Transactions: We do not endorse specific shops or merchants during trips. Transactions between clients and merchants are independent, and we do not mediate, negotiate, or assume responsibility for these interactions.
- Force Majeure: Oneeva Travel Corp. shall not be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, without fault or negligence on its part.
- Injuries or Damages: Oneeva Travel Corp. shall not be liable for injuries or damages due to causes beyond its control and without fault or negligence on its part.
DATA PRIVACY CONSENT
In compliance with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) effective since September 8, 2016, I hereby grant my consent to Oneeva Travel Corp. (“Oneeva®”) for the provision of specific services associated with the travel requirements I have procured. By virtue of this consent, I hereby affirm and authorize Oneeva® to undertake the following actions:
- Utilization of Personal and Sensitive Information: I authorize the use of my personal information or sensitive personal information, encompassing but not confined to my name, residential address, gender, age, marital status, contact details, date of birth, passport number, visa number, employment particulars, financial details, medical data, spousal information, personal preferences, behavioral attributes, and any other data classified under the rubrics of "personal data," "personal information," or "sensitive personal information" demarcated by the Data Privacy Act. This authorization similarly extends to encompass your authorized representatives, in addition to accounts, transactions, and correspondences.

- Information Retention Duration: I concede that my information shall be retained for a duration of five years from the date of my travel or until such time as I tender a written revocation of this consent, whichever event transpires earlier. I acknowledge that subsequent to this specified term, my data shall be subject to deletion or destruction.
- Sharing of Information with Affiliates: I accord permission for the sharing of my data with affiliates such as tour operators, airlines, embassies, and other pertinent third parties, as necessitated by legitimate business exigencies. I am reassured that robust security systems shall be employed to safeguard the integrity of my information.

- Future Communication and Customer Campaigns: I acknowledge that I may be contacted for the purpose of future customer campaigns, wherein personalized offers may be formulated utilizing the personal information I have shared with the company. Additionally, I assert and affirm that I have duly obtained consent from all pertinent parties implicated by this agreement, thereby exonerating, indemnifying, and holding Oneeva® harmless from any allegations, lawsuits, or damages that any concerned party might institute or assert vis-à-vis this granted consent.
